Grants
This impressive set of grants will foster connection, learning, leadership, and healing for Jews of Color in Greater Los Angeles through arts, research, and Jewish life.
Continuing the JoCI Philanthropy Fellows' efforts to foster intergenerational bonds among Jews of Color, these new grants represent another step forward in preserving cultural traditions, amplifying voices, and strengthening connections within the JoC community.
Our latest grants, aimed at fostering resilience, belonging, and empowerment for Jews of Color are amplifying JoC voices on campuses and in ritual music, creating meaningful cohort experiences for teens, and centering our communal healing.
We are pleased to announce our newest Request for Proposals (RFP): Supporting New & Emerging Initiatives for Jews of Color in Los Angeles. Join us on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 for an informational webinar
We recently awarded four new grants in response to our Request for Proposals (RFP) aimed at supporting Jews of Color in small towns and emerging local communities. These grants mark an important expansion of our efforts, reaching beyond the more typical Jewish communal hubs like New York City or the Bay Area.
