July JoC Professionals Network with Guest Leader Yoshi Silverstein

  • This event has passed.

Join us on Thursday, July 13th for our next JoC Professionals Network event! Please note that this in-person event is at a new location, Repair the World Brooklyn Workshop.

About the session:

“Heart, Soul, and Might: Embodied Jewish Resilience for JoC” with Yoshi Silverstein
Working as JoC in Jewish professional spaces can be both incredibly nourishing and deeply challenging. In this session, we’ll practice tapping into the knowledge and discernment held and communicated by our bodies to set us up for greater success in navigating the physical, mental, and emotional complexity of our work environments. We’ll spend a little time looking at some of the science behind resilience and understanding how our bodies respond to the environments around us, and a lot of time getting into practice to build greater skill and capacity for personal and collective resilience.

When: Thursday, July 13, 6-8pm ET
Where: Repair the World Brooklyn Workshop, 808 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY

Dinner is included with free registration! Register at bit.ly/JoCPro-July.

The JoC Pro Network, supported by UJA-Federation of New York, is designed to enrich and support a pipeline of emerging talent by facilitating connections in and beyond the Jewish communal sector. Our vision is to create an interconnected and richly interactive community of learning, development, and support through processing spaces, social gatherings, guest speakers, and workshops.
