Program Coordinator, At The Well

At The Well seeks a proactive and organized people–person to support back-end program logistics. The Program Coordinator will report to the Program Director. Specific responsibilities include:

Program & Event Support

  • Complete administrative tasks to support the program team, including calendaring and creating event pages, post-event follow-up, payments, record-keeping, working with internal data, and reporting
  • Coordinate all back-end program logistics using ATW tools and platforms
  • Collaborate and ideate with the Program Director to generate new ideas for programs, iterate on existing programs, and ensure consistent program evaluation
  • Create run-of-show documents for virtual and in-person events
  • Project manage Moon Manuals
  • Coordinate text campaigns including My Moon Message
  • Maintain clear program records in Salesforce

Network Coordination

  • Inspire and steward ATW network members into volunteer and leadership roles
  • Help local consultants reach ATW goals and deliverables as we grow our regional work by maintaining connections, answering questions and following up as needed
  • Coordinate our Coaching Program, including matching coaches with mentees, scheduling coaching calls, and maintaining communications with coaches and mentees
  • Reach out to current and potential network members to learn more about their needs and how our programs can support them
  • Support outreach and marketing by sending personal emails inviting people to upcoming events, creating Facebook events, and posting in the ATW Facebook group about upcoming programs and events

  • Highly organized strategic thinker and arranger who is able to manage multiple complex tasks in a timely way
  • Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with teammates
  • Flexible work style with the ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
  • Unwavering integrity and trustworthiness, with a proven ability to exercise independent judgment, problem solving and discretion; deep sensitivity to maintaining confidential information
  • Expertise in “managing up” and holding colleagues accountable
  • Ability to work occasional late evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency and comfort with technology including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zoom, Asana and Slack

Compensation & Benefits

This is a 40-hour/week non-exempt position. Compensation will be within a range of $50,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience.
