We’re Hiring: Executive Director at Kehilla Community Synagogue ✨

Kehilla Community Synagogue is a vibrant, justice-driven Renewal Jewish community on the Lisjan Ohlone territory of Huchiun (Piedmont, California). For over 40 years, we’ve blended traditional Jewish wisdom with spiritual innovation, creating a thriving, multigenerational space rooted in joy, liberation, and justice.

We’re seeking a collaborative and strategic Executive Director to help guide Kehilla into the next chapter. This leadership role is central to our organizational development—you’ll implement long-term planning, strengthen financial sustainability, and build systems that support transparent decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will work in deep partnership with our clergy, lay leadership, staff and Board of Trustees. We’re looking for someone with strong financial and operational acumen, and a passion for organizational development and collaborative leadership.
